Love it! I slightly prefer Magdalena, as I love the nickname option of Lena (Though I'd mostly use Magda as a nickname).

Magdalene Laura is lovely, though I think Magdalena Laura would flow better, or maybe a Laura variation like Laurel....

I know someone with this name or with an A at the end. She is kind of annoying I never liked the name in general.

I'm really not a fan of Magdalene, or anything that has "Mag" in it. It reminds me of "magpie" and I always think of someone blowsy and fat when I hear the name. Sorry!
