I've known a lot of Amys. The oldest Amy I know is maybe 35, so it's not that "old" of a name.
I wouldn't say it's dated YET, but it's getting there. It will be associated with the 70's/80's before long.
It's okay, I guess. Kind of there for me, but doesn't make much of an impression. It's nice enough.
