2. Keira as Keer-ah. Kiera as Keer-ah. Ciara as Keer-ah. Kirra as Ker-rah. Kyra as Kai-rah.
3. Prefer sp Kira, although I like Kiera too. Prefer prn Keer-ah because that's the only one I've ever heard.
4. Yes. Ciara is really popular where I live. I think I've noticed that Kiera or Keira are also on the popularity charts too.
