I don't like -ette names, generally, but this one is growing on me. I'd probably use it as a mn, to honour my dad.

Hypothetical combos, using my favourites:

Maia Paulette
Eleonora Paulette
Rowena Paulette

Any other ideas? The first name should preferably end in -a or generally have an international feel.

No ideas, however, my world is rife with "ette" names. Liette, Arlette, Annette, Jeannette...
I like Paulette.I went to school with one.

I've always liked Paul as well as its feminine forms.
Paulette is cute, and fresher than Paula, though I love that name. Pauline is perhaps due for a revival - it was a '40s name in the UK - and I love Paulina best of all.
