If I can mix and match, for a boy, why not Jasper Edward? For a girl, I like Cecilia Pearl. Jasper Edward and Cecilia Pearl would be good for a girl / boy twinset. For a boy / boy twinset: Jasper Edward and Frederick Charles
For a girl / girl twinset: Cecilia Pearl and Beatrice Rosamund.

Your taste in names is DIVINE! I'm in awe really! My favorite boy name is Barnaby Rupert, so absolutely cute, just perfection! My second favorite is Jasper Winston, so neat! I like the other two boy names, but these two really sing! There is not one girl name I even close to dislike! My favorites are Elspeth Marigold (the most stunning imagery combo I've ever seen!), Delphine Camilla, and Lydia Elinor. Beatrice Rosamund is so gorgeous and lush though, and Cecilia Pearl is very sweet! Catherine Briony is the only one I'm not moonstruck by, I dislike Briony. Catherine Celeste though would be amazing!Barnaby and Elspeth for the win! (This is the most exquisite twinset I've ever seen!)

BG Combo:
Barnaby Rupert and Cecilia Pearl.GG Combo:
Lydia Elinor and Beatrice Rosamund. I also like Cecilia Pearl but think Cecilia and Lydia are a bit rhymey as a set. Overall, all of your names are lovely but the ones I mentioned go best together.I don't really like any of the male combos enough to have a BB set.

So many lovely choices!
Barnaby Rupert and Archibald Edward are my favourite of your boys. Beatrice Rosamund and Elspeth Marigold of your girls. You can't go wrong with any of them, really.George, Philomena, and
Barnaby and Elspeth
Barnaby and Archibald
Beatrice and Elspeth or
Beatrice and ArchibaldI would say Beatrice and Barnaby, but the "B" thing is a little cute for twins. If the matching initials don't bother you, Beatrice and Barnaby would make my day to see on new babies!

I like Jasper Winton and Frederick Charles for boy twins.
For girl twins, I like Cecilia Pearl and Lydia Elenor.
If it's girl and boy...I would use Frederick Charles and Lydia Elenor.

Barnaby Rupert: a tad pretentious, but Barnaby is rather interesting.
Archibald Edward: too historial fiction for me, but nice regardless.
Jasper Winston: best boys name on your list.
Frederick Charles: like this one tooBeatrice Rosamund: very pretty and medieval. My favourite of your girls' names.
Elspeth Marigold: princessy...like Elspeth, Marigold not as much
Cecilia Pearl: Cecilia's pretty, Pearl is nms.
Delphine Camilla: nice, I at first thought it was Daphne Camilla and I thought that rather charming.
Catherine Briony: I like this very much.
Lydia Elinor: very charming. Jasper Winston, Frederick Charles, Beatrice Rosamund and Catherine Briony are my picks. As for Celeste, Cecilia Celeste is rather charming in an alliterate sort of way but I guess they are very similar.

Thanks! Though I adore it, I'm not so sure of Catherine Briony alongside her sister's name, Philomena. Do you think Catherine sounds too "normal" next to Philomena? Catherine would most likely go by Kitty or Cate.

Perhaps, Catherine is a tad common next to Philomena. But if you call her Mina most of the time, then I can see Kitty / Cate and Mina working out. Elspeth Briony or Elspeth Catherine perhaps? I rather like Elspeth....

Wow, you have excellent taste. I honestly don't think you could go wrong with any of these. And any of them would complement the siblings' names (which are also fantastic). Here are the "twinsets" I think would work best:
Barnaby Rupert & Jasper Winston
Frederick Charles & Jasper Winston
Beatrice Rosamund & Elspeth Marigold
Beatrice Rosamund & Cecilia Pearl
Lydia Elinor & Jasper Winston
Lydia Elinor & Frederick Charles
Archibald Edward & Barnaby Rupert
Archibald Edward & Beatrice Rosamund
Delphine Camilla & Archibald Edward
Cecilia Pearl & Frederick CharlesAs for Celeste, how about:
Celeste Delphine
Celeste Marigold
Celeste Frances
Celeste Amabel
Celeste Astrid (too many ST's?)
