I would pronounce it arte-MEE-sia as opposed to arte-MEE-sha or arte-MEE-zya.
This was the name of the wife of Mauselos(not sure on spelling) who built the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus. It was one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world.
