What's wrong with Liz?
IMO, Anything besides Liz, Eliza, Beth, Betty or Libby is too much of a stretch.
Why would you call your little Elizabeth Elise? or Lily?
Most of the other "nicknames" here are names in themselves, and I think it's odd to call them "nicknames" of Elizabeth.
I understand they may be originally derived FROM Elizabeth, but it stilll seems really odd to me.
