Rupali: The Indoeuropean origin is a bit unclear ... it may be ultimately related to words like English weir ... but rUpa means concrete form, usually a beautiful form, and related words meant silver in modern north Indian languages. rUpAlI is therefore of silver colour.
Urmila: From R to rise (with good IE cognates), Urmi means a wave and UrmI/UrmilA means the ocean. It is the name of a number of mythological characters, famously the sister of sitA, the heroine of the epic rAmAYaNa, and of sitA's sister-in-law.
I cannot figure out what taka is the romanized spelling of.
