When I was a kid, I grew up on these movies, the Homeward Bound series. It was about these three animals, two dogs and a cat, Shadow, Chance, and Sassy, who would somehow end up away from their humans and have to go on this adventure to get home.

Chance was a male dog, and he was really dumb. Shadow was always like >:( at him. And he was voiced by Michael J. Fox :P
