Close to being my most fav. name ever! GORGEOUS!!!!

I adore it. It's gorgeous. I think Petal would be a cute nickname.(so would Petra, Elle, or Nelle)

Petronel Leona is my default combo, but I don't usually think about middles as I use all family names.Big plus is that my husband adores it as well!

Change the spelling to Petronelle and then I'll get behind it. I used to love this name with the nn Nell but I was pretty much the only one. I got lots of comments like RoxStar's.

In English it only makes me think of petrol. But in Italian I like Petronela.
