It's very 80's-90's. For me it's in the same category as
Jennifer,
Ashley,
Nicole,
Sarah,
Michelle, Becky...it's such a common name that it's almost nondescript.
A wicked middle name would punch it up, but then I'd be sad that such a cool name had to hide behind it.
I don't think anyone would pronounce it "An-DRAY-uh" unless it had an accent.
