A few suggestions:
Eira and Finnian - meaning snow and white
Hazel and Bruno - both related to the colour brown
Jayma and Tiago (or Thiago) - both related to James
Alma and Caedmon or Freya and Cathan - related to 'battle'
Amethyst and Wystan - related to 'stone'
Casimira and Perseus - 'to destroy'
Maxima and Ariston - meaning the greatest and the best

I like Jayma and Tiago.
The "Y" bothers me, but I love the sound. Tiago is great. I'm always looking for variations on James; I can't believe I overlooked that one.
Amethyst and Wystan are nice as well, together.
I love Maxima, and would probably use Aristos instead.
It's funny... my brother used heavily Greek names for his sons, though we don't have any Greek heritage that I know of. A name being too "ethnic" doesn't really bother me.
