Charlie and Mabel have welcomed their second daughter Dorothy Anne Washington in 1925. Dorothy is named after aunt Dolly. Barbara needed some time to adjust to not being the only child in the house anymore, but she has warmed up to the idea and now loves taking care of her baby sister. Charlie is now in his residency in a hospital in Boston. The family moved to a Boston suburb and now resides in a lovely two-story Victorian house. There is room for the family to grown in the house and both Mabel and Charlie agree that they want one more child. However; they want to wait until Charlie is done with his residency.

In 1921, Jonny went away to college to become a writer. He proved to have great talent and creativity, and a knack for reaching his readers. In 1923, he published his first book--the memoir of his war experiences. In 1923, he also met a woman, Angelina Rockford. Angelina worked in a local cafe, and Jonny quickly took a shine to her. She had a quiet manner, and was very sincere. Angelina was only nineteen at the time, but had a two year old son--the consequence of spending a little too much time with a former boyfriend. Jonny didn't want to get involved with a woman who already had a child, but he couldn't help falling for Angelina and her son, Rusty. Jonny and Angelina were married just recently in a small ceremony attended only by close family and friends. Jonny has also since graduated from college and is working on his second book, a fictitious story that took place in the 1700s.

In 1922, Jamie had finally saved up enough money to purchase some land of his own. He bought a large parcel of land about 30 miles from Jack and Marie and now raises cows for milk and meat. In 1923, he married Elise Jones. In 1925, the couple welcomed a little girl, Francine Joanna.

James and Mathilde have had two more children, both boys: Adam in 1922, followed by Matthew in 1924. James wants to keep trying for a little girl, but Mathilde isn't so sure she can handle any more kids.

At only fourteen, he became a father to a little girl, Cecilia. He loves his daughter dearly but has no intention of marrying Leah any time soon or getting a job to support either of them. David and Nora hope that he will take being a parent seriously and step up to take responsibility for his family.

We had our last child, John. We also adopted a little girl who's parents were found dead on a Sunday morning. Her name was Lily and we decided to keep that for her. She is very shy, patient but also curious at the world.

In 1921 Lillian married Richard, a man ten years her senior. Two years later the two welcomed girl-boy twins who they named Liliana Helen and Richard George Mason Jr. They don't plan to have anymore kids, especially since Richard only wanted one.
