Well, I'm biased being Italian myself, anyway of these I like:
Agnese
Flavia
Floriana
Ilaria
Ottavia
Silvana
Silvia
Though none of these are big favourites of mine either.
I hate Concetta. It's rather low-class and dated at the same time. Bibiana looks really weird, Dorotea and Celestina are very uncommon, Erminia is very old-ladyish and Rosaria feels a bit like Concetta, though to a lesser extent.
