What are your favorite nicknames that you find to be too cutesy or frilly to be usable as a full name?

Cat and Kitty are the only ones that really come to mind. I really like Ellie and Addie, but I don't think that they're necessarily too cutesy to use as full names. I'd imagine that I would opt to use longer, more formal names though.
