I say both MY-ah. I love Kaia or Kaja as a nickname only, but it's too cutesy as a full name for me. Gaia is pretty but I'm not sure how usable it is.
Mya, Kaya, Caia, Kya, and Caya are bad. Maja is fine if you have the heritage to back it up.
