I like Beatrice a lot and Beatrice Helena is gorgeous :)
It reminds me of a princess, not only because of Princess Beatrice, it just always has. So I'd name her sister something equally princessy.
I'd name Beatrice's sister Elizabeth Jean, Aurora Jean or Isabella Jean.
For her brother I'd go for something like Oscar Timothy, Isaac Timothy or Nathaniel Timothy.

I really love Elizabeth but I worry that it is too plain and common. I have Eliza on my list though. Aurora is nice but too Disney for me. Isabella is way too trendy here in the U.S.
Oscar is really handsome! I love both Isaac and Nathaniel but they are too common for what I am looking for.
