[Opinions] Wren and Kestrel
What are your thoughts on these names? They're both listed as feminine, but which gender do you prefer them on? As a seperate but related question, do you have a favorite bird name?

I didn't know that! Renaissance is a pretty name for a girl ^-^ I'd certainly rather meet a Renaissance than a Hollywood any day. Thank you!
I know a Kestrel...
and she's a girl, so that's pretty much how I think of the name

I love both Wren and Kestrel for girls.
It took me a while to get used to Kestrel for a girl. It sounds masculine to me. But most bird names are feminine in my book so the transition was easy.
Wren is a family surname for me so in theory I could see it on either gender. But wrens themselves are so small and delicate, the image is more feminine to me.
Other bird names I like / love for girls: Lark, Linnet, Nightingale, Swan, Dove / Paloma / Colombe. I love Peregrine for a boy.
