4551 people have been born with the name Tuukka, that means it isn't really common - for example my first name is Tuuli (c. 5500 bearers), and I have met about four namesakes during my life.
Wikipedia says Tuukka might have its origin in either Swedish Tore, Tor or names like Thoke, Thuki.
