What do you think of Tavian or Tavius?

I love Octavian and Octavius but think maybe Tavian or Tavius would be easier to "wear" throughout life. What do you think of them? Do you prefer them to the longer versions?

Octavian (strongly prefer this to Octavius) and Octavius are definitely better. Tavian and Tavius seem very trashy, in my opinion. I think the -(t)avius ending is pretty popular for these "ghetto" names.

I really dislike the ghetto label for names. I don't feel like getting into why.

Do you also feel that Xander is ghetto? Same principle... Never mind ....

Well, I didn't know what else to call them. No, I don't feel Xander is ghetto at all. I've never heard of it either. It's not at all like those names I consider ghetto. My cousin goes to school with a Devontavius (not sure of the spelling). That's what I consider trashy and/or ghetto.
