Elanor doesn't look right to me. I know it's a legit name, but it just looks like someone is trying to be "unique" with Eleanor. With Eleanore, the 'e' just isn't necessary, so it's out. Elinor is okay, but I don't pronounce Elinor and Eleanor the same way. Elinor is more like EL-lin-nor and Eleanor is EL-ə-nor.
