Alexander and Alexis? Solomon and Sophia? Although they don't have to have the same letter to be alike. You can go for names that have the same meaning or trend. Orion and Lyra (Astronomy). Demetrius and Freya (mythology).Etc. There are many ways to make twins names alike without making the names completely alike. Just giving you that idea. Also, they can be similar by ethnic orgin. :)

I can't say I'm too wild about Haven and Hayden. They're too "twinsetty" and matchy. Plus, they're trendy. I mean, sure, they could be much worse, but I don't like them much. If you like names that begin with the letter H, here are some that you might like:
