I have to confess a certain attraction for the name Harlow, because of old Hollywood actress Jean Harlow. (Poor thing, she died too young.) I can't get behind it for an actual fn, but I do understand the allure.
Paris Hilton's ex-BFF, Nicole Richie (sp?), named her dd Harlow so I'm sure it will be replicated elsewhere. (One of the mns she chose was Winter, if I remember correctly.) Female names ending in an "o" sound seem to be on the rise. (Yay!)
But I don't see Harlow getting into the top 100. It's definitely not the next Ava.
