Help[Opinions] Tahlia/Talia/Talya
The name Tahlia is really popular in Australia. It seems to have come out of nowhere. I can't work out whether it's a form of the modern Hebrew name Talia or a play on Tayla (also popular at present).
Talia is popular too, perhaps inspired by Talia Shire.
I am beginning to like these names, but can't decide whether the phonetic spelling Tahlia is tacky or not. I think it will probably "date" more quickly than Talia, but Talia is perhaps liable to be mispronounced Taylia!
WDYT of these names and which version would you use if you had to choose one?

I think I'd rather go with the Greek Thalia.
I would say Tahlia and Talia are just a variants of the Hebrew Talya, not a variant of Tayla or Taylor.
Well, yeah, my favorite is Thalia, followed by Tahlia, Talia and Talya.
No Tahlia is fine, not tacky. I really only like it with the H in it so either Thalia or Tahlia. Talia seems incomplete and Talya would be pronounced TAL-ya.

Talia hands down. I like it, but I find the other spellings tacky.

It's probably my very favorite at the moment. I wouldn't be likely at all to say tay-lee-ah, but I guess that's a point. Tahlia does seem trashier to me, sort of like someone didn't want to use Dahlia but wasn't willing to part with the general sound of the name. I think Talya would get you in the least amount of pronunciation trouble, but I would use Talia myself.
