Pretty much everyone gets teased a little bit for their name. Kids tend to come up with mean little nicknames from the best names. I got called "Bony Joanie" (by my family and kids at school btw). And one of my friends (Delores) ended up being called "Deloser". Though I think Deloser was much worse than Bony Joanie. Anyways, the point is, teasing can happen to people with great names. Someone named Virginia MIGHT get teased. I personally would have never made fun of a Virgina because of the word Virgin though.
