I prn. it both ways, actually, depending on how fast I say it, but the majority of the time it's probably with 2 syllables. However, I pronounce the short "e" in the last syllable, instead of turning it into an "i" or a schwa.

I think Everett nn Rett could work, why not? I pronounce the name as ev-ritt.

It's a surname, where I live. Pronounced ever-itt.

I'm not a big fan of the name, to be honest, but if the person with this name fits it well, then it would be a good name.
