Gabriella & Camilla :) nn Bella & Milly.

I like Camille. Gabriella is ok. I don't like Gabbie or Cammie as nicknames I prefer Brielle and Millie.

I think both names match each other without being too cutesy, that's a great combo for twins. My suggestions for middle names are:

Meh. The individual names are beautiful, but together I'm bugged by the repetition of the "-lla" ending. And Gabbie and Cammie seem too close for twins.

Camilla is stunning. Really pretty choice. I dislike fussy Gabriella and I think Gabbie is one of the most awful nicknames. I'd prefer Ella was used because it sounds feminine at least. Gabbie sounds like a small, annoying creature.

Gabriella and Camilla are both lovely, feminine classics. The endings are a bit same-y, but I can overlook that.
