I love Susannah! I recently got into it when I decided to name one of my characters Susannah "Sosie". I personally prefer Susannah...the h just adds an extra little bit of completeness. And yes, I do know a Susannah / Susanna. One of my friends is named Susanna nn Susie.
And I adore Susan. It's so sweet and gentle. I think that Susan is already starting to get popular again with the retro revitalization going on in names, although I don't think it'll become as popular as Ava or Lily.
In terms of nicknames, I think that Sukie and Zuzu could become popular. Susie may become popular, but I don't think Sue will.
Out of your potential sibsets, I think that I like Adelaida nn Ada and Susannah nn Zuzu the best. Susan's too informal to be paired with sophisticated Adelaida.
