Thank you for letting me know! Is there any variant of Sven that doesn't have a glottal stop?

Yes they doYes, in Danish they both do have the stød. In Danish there are the variant forms Svende and Svenne (both pronounced SVEN-neh) without a stød. They are not very common though.
