I really like this name a lot and I'm also surprised that it's not popular. It does seem to have the qualities that some modern day parents are after. I think it may become more popular over the next few years though, as there's lots of potential. Lulu is my fave nn for Louisa, I love it. Don't know anyone with this name, but I have known a couple of girls named Louise.
