1. To be perfectly, brutally, blatantly honest, I think Blair (along with Blaine) is one of the ugliest sounding names that most Americans would recognise.
2. Yes, I know a Blair.
3. She's female.
4. I don't know her middle name, but her siblings are Allison, Chandler (g, her mother's maiden name), Darren, Emma, and Colin.
5. For a girl? Anything very obviously feminine and very obviously classic, to help balance out the trendy, icky, masculine feel of Blair.
6. Yes, both rhythmically and because that way people won't think she's a boy. Plus that way you wouldn't have to hear it as much *blood curdles at sound of name*
LOL, okay, so I'm giving you a hard time and you could do a lot worse :P It's just one of those names that really grates at me, you know?
