I like Milena, quite. Milana has odd sound and I dislike. I love Milan on a boy, though.

I love Milena (mee-LE-nah), not too fond of Milana, though. It sounds strange considering I know someone called Milena. Liked a vowel stuck in the wrong place. ;)

I absolutely love Milena. Milana is fine but sounds sort of tryndee and made up. I love Milan on a boy, though.

How are they pronounced?

I'm guessing Mil-ee-nah and Mil-ay-nah. They're all right.
