I really like Philippa, this spelling only.
It's not at all popular where I live and I don't know anyone with the name.
I don't think it's at all masculine!
I pronounce it as fih-LIP-uh / fil-IP-uh. I know it's correctly pronounced with the stress on the first syllable, but I can't pronounce it that way. (And I'm not being stubborn when I say that I "can't"... I mean I'm outright unable to say it that way! I've tried and tried, but just can't get it to come out of my mouth pronounced FIL-ih-puh.)
