I was watching Criminal Minds on CBS the other night and one of the characters, Emily Prentiss, is played by an actress named Paget Brewster. I've never heard this one before (it's linked to Paige on BtN) but the more I think about it the more I'm liking it. I was wondering if anyone knew how to say it correctly? I would guess something like PAH-jet but where it's linked to Paige maybe PAYJ-et? WDYT of the name too?

It's PAJG-it. She's named after an Island somewhere, I'm not sure which. I'd recommend googling it.

There was a talk show that ran in San Francisco in 1994 named after the host, a young woman named Paget. The opening credits had what appeared to be a city street sign with her name on it, but it was just a sign from Page Street that had a "t" added to the end. She pronounced it like you have guessed: PAH-jet.

It's the name of a school where i used to live. There it's pronounced Pa-Jit.

My first thought was Padget. It sounds like something you'd name a pet.
