I think Polly is adorable as a nn for Mary. I prefer Molly, but I would recommend using Polly since it's less common than Molly.
I love Anna. Classic, simple, and lovely.
I don't like the two names smashed together. Pollyanna is cheesy, silly, syrupy-sweet... bleh
