[Opinions] Elliott
Even though it was on my PNL list before, I have come to really, really appreciate Elliott today. I guess it was due to a combination of my recent Scrubs binge and my thinking about the musician Elliott Smith. I have come to like it better than Elliot, Eliott or Eliot...it just seems more complete. It has a lovely soft sound, yet it is still a fairly masculine name.
WDYTO Noam Elliott? I was considering Christopher Elliott at first but I like the sharpness of Adair whereas both Christopher and Elliott are pretty soft-sounding. Noam's pretty sharp so it contrasts nicely with Elliott. How is it compared to Noam Walter or Noam Marcin?

I adore Elliott. I think it hits that perfect balance between unusual and familiar, and the sound is very dignified and masculine. Great choice! I agree, it does look more complete with your spelling and that is also my preferred spelling.
Noam Elliott is TONS better than Noam Walter or Noam Marcin. My spellchecker doesn't like Marcin, so that alone is indication enough for me that it shouldn't be at the top of your list. With Walter, Noam just sounds weird and dated. With Elliott, it sounds fresh and unique. Noam isn't my favorite choice, though, since I much prefer Noah, but if you like Noam Elliott, I would recommend it over either one that you currently have.
