I don't think any name is dull, plain, or boring. Each name has its own uniqueness about it, making it interesting in some way. I'm probably in the minority with this way of thinking, though.
Jane is such a wonderful name. It's sweet, simple, classy, and it will suit any age. I happen to think Louisa Jane flows better, but I think Jane Louise is nice.
