Which names that you've heard on twins really got on your nerves?
It can be anything: rhyming names (like Kara and Sara), similar-sounding names (like Dana and Donna), fraternals that have basically the same name, only a different form for gender (like Paul and Paula), names that look stupid together (like Malik and Xenophon), twins having overly trendy names, especially similar ones (like Jaden and Jalen), names that go together too much (like Romeo and Juliet), and a lot of other dumb suggestions.

Rhyming names like Chloe and Zoe or Blake and Jake. I don't mind themes and I don't mind names that start with the same letter as long as the names don't sound to similar. I also don't mind names that have the same/similar meanings (like Zoe and Eve).

Patrick/Patricia and M'Lee/M'Lou
Patrick and Patricia were a set of twins who were baptized at my church not too long ago. I nearly went nuts!
M'Lee and M'Lou are 2 women my mom knows (they're in their late 50s/early 60s). I have no idea where their names came from.

I went to school with two pretty bad sets (Donald and Ronald and Bernadette and Bernadine). The worst, however, I read in a book -- twin boys named Lucky and Chance. Just dreadful!
ETA that lately I've been liking Brenna and Bridget for twin girls. I'm sure it's just a phase. ;-)

-Rhyming names, and ridiculously similar names. I knew twins named Tayler and Tyler in 4th grade. Tayler was a girl and Tyler was a boy. But both of those names are unisex, so they never got called the right name.
-When people use one normal name and then make up a name to rhyme with it, like Melissa and Kalissa(haven't seen these, but you get my idea)
-Names that are only different by one letter, like Melanie and Malanie.
-Names that are just feminine versions of the male twin's name, like John and Jane or William and Wilma.

I went to high school with twins named Jean and Joan...and they had a younger sister named Jane. To be fair, I think that their family was from the Phillipines and wanted to give their children English names, but it's essentially the same name used three times.

Most twins sets that I know have names that start with the same letter. Which isn't terrible but it always annoyed me.

Growing up I had twin friends named Julie and Jolie, which I found were way too similar. I also have friends named Daniel Lynn and David Lee (Lynn and Lee are after their twin uncles). I also know a Derral and Sheryl. But the most annoying ones I've ever seen were twins on a talk show named Tuesdy and Wednesdy. I'm not exactly sure of the spelling, but they were pronounced TOOZ-dee and WENS-dee. Those were just too much for me. Not only are the names too similar and themey, but they sounded very childish.
And I find all the ones you listed very annoying too. If I had twins I would give them two separate names. Nothing sing-songy or cute, just names that I love and compliment each other.

I had a set of twins in a class I taught named Sina (SEE-na) and Sayna (SIGH-na). They were boy/girl twins...It was so hard to keep the names straight the first day....

Anything that's too similar, basically. Outside of English-speakign countries, however, I've never heard of twins with rhyming or similar names, though.

I once saw Nazira and Nazhyre in the paper. Also on my bus we had Rashid and Rasheeda.

A poster here once said she had identical twin girls named Jazzlyn and Jesslyn. I always hoped she was one of the perople lying here about having twins, because I really didn't like that. They already look the same, why name them pretty much the same things as well.

They all don't really get on my nerves but a know a few pairs of twins, here are their name:
Laura and Sarah
Kera and Wyatt
Seth and Adah (these get on my nerves)
Louise and Laura (I think they're identical, the rest are fraternal)
Monica and Marcy

I also don't like it when parents give their kids--multiples or not--ALL the same letter.
However, it might just bug me because my dad did that with us (he even went so far as to give as the same MAT initial). I felt like I was called my sister's name far more than my other friends were called by their sisters' names, just because Michelle and Melissa's first syllables sound so similar.

I've only known one set of twins who had annoying names, and they were Mary Kate and Mary Beth. I'm assuming they were formally Mary Katherine and Mary Elizabeth, but I didn't know them well enough to be sure about that.

I personally think the most annoying names were two on a talk show (get ready to barf): Denzel and Danzel. They're only different by one letter and some people might even pronounce them the same! Twins should want their own identities.
The second worst would be Jennifer and Jessica together. It's like the parents were excited to have twins just so they could use the two most trendy names of the Seventies and Eighties. Even worse, I've seen them lumped together into one name: Jennica.
As for combos, I used to think Flora and Fauna were cute as twins' names, but then I realized they're tacky together and are nicer names when they're separate.

I was in marching band in high school and there was a fabulous percussionist name Jenica. She could play the crap out of those drums.
