Diana recently got an eye test, and we found out she needed glasses. Diana is very timid and sweet, and her first day of school wearing her new glasses, she came home crying and told us she would never go back to school because some of the boys in her class called her a dork and a four-eyes. I felt so sad for my little girl! Kit and I talked to her and told her how pretty WE thought she was with glasses, and that it didn't matter what mean little boys think. They would get used to it. It took a lot of convincing, and she still wasn't pleased about it, but we gave her enough confidence to go back to school and ignore the other kids. She really does look very cute in her glasses! :-)
