Sara's latest pregnancy went as smothly as it could. The doctor had warned her that, because she was carrying twins, they might be born before due, and he was right. Frank was born first and everything was ok - but then they realized the second baby, Tommy, wasn't in the correct position: he was breech. They had to do an emergency C-section, but fortunately, after a few moments of worry, they announced the baby would be ok. Kat, Isaac, Jonas and Eva are thrilled with their new baby brothers and try to help whenever they can, especially Kat.
