The kids are growing so fast! Marian is now 3 years old and between her and Milla Sam and Daniel haven't got a moment of peace. Mikey much calmer than his sisters - until you give him a ball that is!
Ludmilla is now in second grade and she loves school. Her grades are pretty good and she makes friends with everyone. She still loves to draw, but now she puts it to a different use, her true passion: she likes to draw dresses for dolls and with fabric scrapes Danny gives her, she and Marian make all kinds of outfits for their dolls! Now Sam finds straps of velcro in the strangest places. Mikey, on the other hand, is more of an outdoors boy. He's always in their backyard playing soccer or basketball with the neighbours' 6-year-old or with his uncle John. He also loves animals - every other week he asks daddy to go to the zoo, again!
Sam and Daniel decided it was time to adopt again, and the perfect oportunity came with Daniel's business trip to Paris. Of course they were threatened with a month of tantrums if they didn't go to Disneyland. Then the whole family went to the foster home to meet Max. As Milla pointed out, she's now the only one who doesn't have a name that starts with "M", but her nickname does, so that's ok. Baby Max is adjusting quite well and his brother and sisters love him!
Ocasionally, Sam and Danny leave the kids with Sam's brother Jon or with their grandparents (which they love, because grampa Ryan spoils them), and have a nice dinner alone, or go out on a date. Every now and then they can't help but to think about the kids, but it's nice to have some time on their own.
Also, in a flash of creativity Danny decided he wanted to change his and Sam's room. Sam was a bit reluctant (the word he used was scared, which earned him a smack on the arm), but he was actually happy with the result.
