I'd guess Vee-Or-ik-uh
Kinda cool.
Shonica- Shone-ik-a or Shawn-ik-a?
Rather over the top- just Shona would be fine, though I prefer Shana or Shani - Shanica would be pretty though.

Viorica is vee-OR-ee-ka, i think. Following a similar pronunciation guide, Shonica would be SHO-nee-ka.
