Number: 12 and 69A baby was left on Siran and Peter's front step with a note saying she belongs to Peter. What happened? How does the family react? Will you keep the baby? You have 1 wish:
--Save your wishMatt and Faith didn't think it would happen, but Rachel has gotten married! Her new husband, Alan Bush, is three years older than she is, and he is completing his residency at the hospital where Rachel works. Although they met only a little over a year ago, both of them knew that they were meant to be together. Alan and Rachel were married in a small, private wedding two weeks ago and have just returned from honeymooning in the Carribean. In another year, Alan will be finished with his residency and plans to take over his father's medical practice in California. Rachel is not all that excited about moving so far, but figures if Siran can live in England and Izzy can travel internationally, she can live in California.Siran and Peter went through a rather harrowing experience recently. While Peter and Siran were working one day, they got a telephone call from a neighbor saying that she had found a baby outside their apartment. They were confused when the neighbor said it was a baby girl, perhaps three months old and she had been in a small basket with a bottle of formula and had a note attatched to her dress that the baby belonged to Peter McPherson. Well, Peter was both confused and worried. He knew the baby wasn't his, but it took a bit of convincing for Siran to realize that the baby couldn't possibly be his. For the past year and a half, Siran and Peter have barely been apart--and never for long enough that Peter could cultivate another relationship. They decided that taking the baby to the police would be their best option. The police did a DNA test on both Peter and on the little girl, named Olivia Marie. The tests showed that Olivia Marie was indeed the daughter of Peter McPherson, but she was not the daughter of Siran's husband. After a short search, five Peter McPhersons were found living in their city. Peter and the police came to the conculsion that either Olivia's mother did not know where her Peter McPherson lived, or she intentionally dropped the baby off at the wrong house to avoid shame and a confrontation with Olivia's father. Whatever the case, Peter and Siran decided that the best course of action would be to adopt Olivia and raise her as their own daughter. Sierra is thrilled to have another sister, and Paul likes to help by showing Olivia how to do things like eat, play, and get dressed. The other Thoresen kids are doing fine too.
Emily and Micah are raising their brood, and enjoying every second. Izzy is still in serious training for the Olympics and she is now competing on an international tour circuit. Jonny and his band have decided to renew their contract for one more year, then Jonny is going to college and is planning to get a degree in Biology, but also in Mass Communication. He watched a documentary about how a normal television show is filmed and broadcasted, and he decided that he'd like to try that out--working the switchboard or the camera or editing something. And the twins. Elijah and Bobby have one year left of high school. They have differing plans for their lives, but hope to remain close. Elijah plans to go to college on a soccer scholarship and both play soccer and study something having to do with Philosophy or Public Speaking. Bobby is planning on going to a seminary school in Colorado to become a pastor.
