I really like
Aaron. It's masculine without having a hard edge, one of those names that I think has a quieter feel to it.
David and
Samuel make the same impression on me. I know I have a different mental voice for how I say them compared to my other favorites
William,
Lawrence, and
Robert, for example, if that makes sense.
Even moreso I love
Aron, although I'd gladly take either.
I don't dislike
Nathan but it's not one of my particular favorites. I'm generally a fan of the nickname
Nate, though; I've never met a
Nate I didn't like. I've also yet to meet a
Nathan or
Nathaniel that doesn't go by
Nate, as a matter of interest.
