When Jacob and Emma found Oliver they imedetly brought him inside and called the police. After long hours they found the baby's parents and the baby's parents were drug addicts. Refusing to let the them have Oliver back Jacob filed a lawsuit and gained custody of Oliver both him and Emma agreeing to wait until he was 12 to tell him what happened.
