I usually pronounce it a-lee-sha, but I think a-lee-see-uh is the prettiest.

Ditto.
All the Alicia's I've known in real life have pronounced it a-LEE-sha, so that's how I generally pronounce it. I do think the extra syllable in a-LEE-see-uh is prettier by far, though :)
