[Opinions] Solomon
What problems, associations (good and bad), possible teasings do you see for the name Solomon on a boy?

I love it, and I don't think anything about it is bad enough (associations, possible teasing) to not use it, imo.
It's strong and historic. I like it -- though it doesn't quite fit with my own family.
This name is uncommon (in the States, anyway), so a boy might develop a good sense of individuality -- or, he might hate you for naming him something so dramatically different from all the Jaydens, Tylers, Michaels and Christophers in his class.
Solomon is a bit mature and serious, but it also rings with wisdom and character.
If you love, use it. What better reason to name a child?

I actually quite like it. I don't see any major problem with using the name and can't think of any possible teasing names either.
People might call him Sol...which isn't teasing, but if you dislike the nickname, that might be a problem. They might, at some point, call him Salmonella, but this might just be my way of thinking. Its a good name; use it.
