Kate find out that she’s having sextuplets. What do you do? Do you under go selective reduction? If you don’t, do all children survive?
Kate and Hunter had not used any fertility treatments and they were shocked when they found out that Kate was expecting sextuplets. After serious thinking and consulting the doctors Kate and Hunter decided that selective reduction would be best option for them because the surviving children would have a bigger chance of being healthy. And carrying sextuplets would also have been a huge risk to Kate. Still it was the hardest decision they had ever made. Several months later Kate gave birth to triplets, two girls and a boy. The triplets were born 7 weeks prematurely but without major health problems. They were named Norah, Sophia & Edward.
