Hunter's father dies, leaving a large estate. Does the family move to the estate? Or sell it?
Hunter hadn't seen his father after he was 16, and was very surprised when he found out that his father left him a large estate. Hunter's father was very abusive towards Hunter and his mother when Hunter was a child, and Hunter decided he did not want to live in a place that would always remind him of his father. After serious thinking Hunter & Kate decided to sell the estate and donate the money to the local children's hospital.
