For their middlename they are rpetty open but they want them to have a theme but nothing that everybody see so not Rose and Lily or Olivia and Livia. Tell me what the theme is.

Names that would work for a business woman. She also tends to like short names so if their daughter have a long name she want a shorter nickname which showes Kate's taste in names. Other than that they are open for anything (for the boy's names too).

For her middlename they want something ultra modern or a name lake Israel, Jerusalem, World (something 'trashy', it doesn't have to be a biblical name at all).
